We stayed in November 2019 and we were awoken one night by a rat running around our hotel room, staff were very apologetic but after there so called deep clean Roddie was back again. This time staff weren’t interested as we were leaving the next day. After speaking to reception again they finally changed are room. Also don’t eat the breakfast waffles they have sweetcorn in... what’s that about 😂

Hotel clean staff polite but majority of staff always on phone’s especially pool bar staff. Communication skills poor and lost in translation. Been here 2weeks and don’t know staff names. Lack of atmosphere in hotel. Would not come back.

We were 4 friends who ended our holiday at Chada Thai village.. WOW , the friendliest staff I have come across in all my holidays, helpful, goes the extra mile for anything . I saw from my passport it was my birthday and sent me a cake the next morning. they are very clean, Pools close a bit too early like all other hotels in Thailand , however I would highly recommend this hotel. and would personally go back there.

The resort is really great, is only a 5 min walk to the beach . The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this place.

Luxury and beautiful hotel. Very close to the city. I highly recommend a visit to Railay beach and Phareng caves, worth it!
